Torre Bermeja is probably the project that prompted the phrase “The New Golden Mile”. With the original Golden Mile between Marbella and Puerto Banus being bought up by royalty from throughout the world, the industry was looking for a new area to attract investors. The Danish construction company VTP España has built Torre Bermeja on the success of Cabo Bermeja. The project is built around the 800-year old Arab watchtower, Torre Almenara, front line beach and designed by the celebrated architect, Melvyn Villarroel Roldan, and one might argue that this is his best project yet.
The properties all enjoy marvellous privacy and strict security with 24-hour guards and cameras on every entrance and doors have security swipe cards. Within the project are several pools connected by cascades and an indoor pool with adjoining fitness centre and sauna.
All apartments have under floor heating with individual regulation for each room as well as air-conditioning with hot and cold air. Each apartment have a Bang & Olufsen system installed and have an Intelligent Home System enabling owners to remotely control temperature and lights. The kitchen is fully fitted with American fridge-freezer, vitro ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and microwave, all of top quality. There is Jacuzzi in the master bathroom and massage shower in the second bathroom.
Penthouses all have a 2 x 2 m hot tub on the upper terrace as well as a BBQ, sink and refrigerator. Torre Bermeja has achieved its’ goal of fast becoming s point of reference for future promotions. Since its’ launch 3 years ago, no new project has been comparable with Torre Bermeja.
